The ‘So What’ Workshop Day
Putting what we've discussed into action through smaller, focused 2-hour workshops with partners who have the content, tools and solutions to help you take specific action next. This is the “so what, what next” that gives you actions and decisions to take, fuelled by the previous days' inspiration.
Attendance is prioritised for Strategy Day Peers; others can apply to attend at no cost. The final range of workshops will be shaped by the challenges Peers submit when registering and the Do Projects already running.
Workshops include:
Low Maturity Supplier Engagement & Capability-Building Workshop – best practice engagement of lower-maturity and SME suppliers, including lessons from the Scope 3 Value Exchange Summit
The PCF Clinic – with WBCSD PACT: the ultimate use cases and supplier training
Decarbonising Supply Workshop – helping Peers drive demand for lower-carbon materials, chemicals, products and solutions
Supplier Renewables & Decarbonisation Collaboration Workshop – progressing the S3PG Supplier Decarb Program: working together to engage suppliers on power, heat, energy efficiency and financing
AI for Scope 3 Workshop – how to free us up to do decarbonisation
Capability Building Procurement & Category Decarbonisation Workshop – embedding net zero into procurement and category strategy with practical training, levers, data and action
Carbon Pricing for Procurement Workshop – how to embed carbon into decisions
Packaging Working Group – a category decarbonisation working group with Peers
Proving Real Reductions Workshop – turning supplier interventions into defensible reduction claims, building on 1 February and “Show Me the Reductions”
Scope 3 Governance Workshop – how to collaborate and organise internally so supply chain decarbonisation is led properly
Services & Tech Working Group – for Peers with predominantly services and tech supply chains and the unique challenges they face.
