For those of you who have completed The Scope 3 Maturity Benchmark, the session will also be supplemented by insights from the Benchmark and how you compare to your Peers.

Using the Scope 3 Maturity Benchmark and AI-driven data, we’ll map the current scope 3 progress of the participants in the room. Get clarity on who’s in the room with you, what priorities you share, and how your plans compare. 

Introduce yourself, share your key Scope 3 challenges, and identify where you can learn from - and support - each other. Plus, get practical guidance on how to navigate the agenda and workshops to maximize takeaways.

Putting the discussions from Strategy Day into action through smaller, focused workshops with expert partners who can help drive implementation. Designed to turn ideas into tangible next steps, these sessions offer practical guidance on tackling key challenges. Attendance is prioritised for Strategy Day participants, with select additional seats available by invitation at no cost.

  • Product Carbon Footprint Collaboration - With WBCSD PACT, RMI & Guidehouse

Roundtable Workshops - (10:30 - 12:30):

  • Supplier Engagement & Capacity Building - With EDF and BSR

Explore supplier engagement strategies for any stage in your Scope 3 journey. Participants will join breakout groups to discuss approaches for segmenting suppliers, evaluating supplier maturity, and incentivizing action. We’ll also discuss future opportunities to collaborate as the Peer Group and support suppliers & procurement.

Working Lunch Workshops - (12:30 - 13:30):

  • Food & Beverage Industry Collaboration - An opportunity for beverage industry leaders to collaborate on Scope 3 challenges, share best practices, and identify opportunities for collective action. Together with the Beverage Industry Environmental Roundtable (BIER).

  • Decarbonization Demand Aggregation - Exploring what demand aggregation is and why it is so critical to decarbonization. Scene-setting using insights into future demand projections across key sectors and opportunities for participants to engage over the coming months by workstream (including green market training and other sectoral platforms). Together with RMI.

Roundtable Workshops - (13:30 - 15:00):

  • Supplier Decarbonisation & Renewables Workshop:  Explore practical ways to drive real decarbonization, not just improve measurement accuracy. Assess whether a supply chain renewables program is the right fit and learn how to design it for real impact. With Schneider Electric.

  • Scope 3 Procurement Training - Learn how to equip your procurement teams with the right knowledge and tools to drive supply chain decarbonization. Explore high-quality, practical training that helps teams focus their expertise, engage suppliers effectively, collect the right data, and make smarter, impact-driven decisions.

Afternoon Workshops - (15:30 - 17:30):

  • Scope 3 Procurement Strategies - This session looks at how to embed Scope 3 into Procurement Strategy using some of the frameworks shared with the Scope 3 Strategy Collective Cohort. Hear from Proxima on some of the key content shared through the Program, from decarbonization levers, to supplier engagement and functional enablers, and hear from some of the Cohort members on how they have practically applied these concepts and turned them into a reality.
