Who to expect:
Participants in 2025 included procurement and sustainability leaders and Scope 3 practitioners from a wide range of sectors. Life sciences, consumer goods, automotive, food & drink, retailers, chemicals, banks, property and tech giants and well represented.
Over 300 will be accepted in for 2026, as we increase the size but tighten the focus and matching of Peers even more. We will ensure you meet and borrow ideas from those who you really need to.
Attendance is prioritised for those Peers working on Scope 3 in their organisations – and only a very small selection (maximum 10% of the audience) of trusted solution providers will be invited to attend.
What to expect:
The aim is to ensure each Scope 3 Peer Group member walks away with their own template strategy for making faster and more confident progress in 2026 – whether you're more advanced or right at the start of your journey.
The agenda has been built collaboratively by the group. We’ll cover the key challenges but will also focus around your specific needs.
The purpose is to help all those tasked with tackling supply chain emissions to understand what best practice action looks like across a range of Scope 3 challenges – and get the advice, tools and templates direct from your peers that have made the most progress, so far.

TUESDAY 3 FEBRUARY
@ County Hall, London
The Scope 3 Strategy Day itself, with over 300 Peers working together in small ‘teams’ and copying the work of those that have made the most progress in 2025, including those evidenced by the Scope 3 Maturity Benchmark and the use of AI to collect data on all the participants’ progress.
The sharing of the challenges and priorities of all 3,000+ Peers and that have been used to brief those sharing on what you really need to know.
Those that have been and are leading Scope 3 progress will be specifically outlining what they plan to do in 2026 to keep on pushing forward. Those that shared in 2025 included: PepsiCo, BASF, Haleon, Reckitt, Takeda, AstraZeneca, Schneider Electric, Cisco, JLL, CBRE, Nationwide and the NHS
You can download the FULL AGENDA for the Strategy Day HERE
We’ll be discussing and sharing best practice templates on how to:
Evolve our approach to scope 3 in 2026 - are we being busy fools…?
Properly cost and roadmap our scope 3 path to 2030
Balance the growing reporting burden with resourcing actual decarbonisation
Collaborate effectively with the larger, more mature suppliers and not waste anyone’s time
Capability-build and support smaller, less mature suppliers at scale
Build and launch decisive, effective and efficient scope 3 data & methodology strategies and platform choices
Work with procurement and product teams to ensure that we’re all aligned and working in the same direction with suppliers
The launch of the 2025-2026 Scope 3 Tools Review – the results of what many of the 3,000 Peers think of the various tools and platforms designed to help you with supply chain decarbonisation.
Plenty of networking and competition between the ‘teams’ to help encourage collaboration and sharing of expertise between participants, not just those speaking from the front of the room.
